Digital transformation initiatives must have a goal or vision (i.e., &#8220;Do we believe that there is a better state?&#8221; &#8220;And can we achieve it?&#8221;), as well as the right people with aligned priorities and commitment.<\/li><li><strong>Data and what you can do with data is a key digital trend.<\/strong> Individuals are producing data all of the time; therefore, access and utilization of data create new revenue streams for companies. Data is also the most significant challenge next to security.<\/li><li><strong>When it comes to the speed of innovation, a public company must move very fast to show results.<\/strong> It is critical to understand how to get through minimum viable product or test; break things down to do rapid tests to get it to the next level.<\/li><li><strong>Make your own road.<\/strong> Continue to succeed and progress all the time.
